P87
Nowhere in Section 674 does it mention "continual non compliance" or suspension of securities. My point is that since the reply was released by the ASX there has been no suggestion of a "breach" or "non compliance", merely an oversight. Had there been anything that would warrant further investigation then the ASX would not have allowed the reply to be released. Your general observations about what might happen with regard to "continual non compliance" are therefore not applicable in this situation and you should have stated as much. The implications you made were that FAS shares (since this is an FAS discussion forum) would be be suspended - a conclusion that is, in any case, inaccurate. You state "Securities are suspended" which is rarely the case with sect 674 breaches. Anyway, you know that your carefully crafted post are designed to sow the seeds of doubt without actually defaming the company, something you do very well.
Nextime2.... I did not misunderstand P87's reason for his/her response, I merely question the motive behind it.
