I'm happy for you to disagree with me mate & I hope you are correct.

I see it as a huge risk because if it turns out to not be commercial where will the sp be?

The best part about it still being a huge risk is we are still sitting at 29.5c, if it was not still a huge risk we would be much higher IMO

So enjoy buying at 29.5c and if you truly believe what you say then mortgage the house & buy nen

For me it is still a huge risk & I will only buy what I can afford to lose
