As you should recall from the uni days;
FCF = EBIT + Depr/Amort - change in net working capital - capital expenditure............ or
more simply;
to get approx FCF one can use Net Op Cash - CapEx
.... which means NST for FY 12/13 had roughly $65m Net Op Cash - $30 CapEx = $35m FCF.
