That's an interesting first post.
The agm preso in Nov indicated HZN still expected granting of the P10 by year end 2013.
They were telling shareholders that "prior" to the unitisation agreement with EWD in Dec.
You're suggesting the Stanley P10 wont be granted until Mar/April 2014, or 90-120 days after the EWD agreement.
If you're right, then HZN are totally out of touch with the process or they've misled shareholders for one reason or another.
