The issue really is, did Telstra have info which should have been released to the market?
The answer is that they did, but only released it to the market after some leaks.
Forget who they showed it too. If it was market sensitive then it had to be released and it wasnt.
The execs have broken the rules from where I sit. I dony know what the penalties are though.
