Think back to HRL,,, and the $100m grant they lost in a '' surprise anns'',,, then the $90m that appeared that will now mean the Govt can stop throwing $40m per handout to Energybrix Australia ( the briquetting white elephant now imminently redundant ) so it would appear Abbott had successfully killed many birds with the one stone ???
