One shouldnt ovelook the A$1.7M from sale of ceramic plant that occurred after the directors statement you quote, and the additional $A7.5M they will have received today or thereabouts from Synergy International (distributor from Estonia) as effective upfront working capital and the $A3.75m each in July and October and than a further A$7.5m in late Dec '14 etc. etc. in 2015. Not as good as A$20M CR granted, but silver lining is less dilution, as CR wont be required in February.
