It's a first step. IF we get that repaid, we'll be on the way to the whole lot. IF we don't, then perhaps it's time to fret for those who aren't as yet.
And the answers I am seeking go beyond that US loan.
You can keep fretting about an imaginary CR which isn't even a consideration as yet if you want.
