    Why would someone sell such a large line at $9.00 to Coastal when they could accept the PPX offer and take 250 shares , then sell them for 33% higher quite easily .

    Buyer at 9.00 equates to 3.6c for the head stock .

    In my view the buyer is probably, going to accept the offer and pocket the premium to the hybrids market discount to the 0ffer
