IMO, the SP will play catch up to reflect the recent contract. Other customers would consider a similiar approach in order to get a look in (or be at risk of falling to the back of the queue).
Investors are returning from holiday and the SPP behind us. Cash flow situation is comfortable for a long enough period to gain traction.
