What has that got to do with funding being in place for Port and Rail? That was to do with a steel mill and SDL being asked to get involved. I suggest you get back and research where it has been said that funding was in place 4 years ago for the Port and Rail.
If funding was in place, SDL would have started building the Rail and Port and finished it by now.
SDL did not have a convention signed or any mining permits. In fact 4 years ago the Environmental Study on the Rail Corridor and Environmental Impact Study had not been done on the Port. No testing of the sea bed had been done by the British Company at the Port site. Port and Rail Funding is the most important item's for SDL that is being discussed at this very moment. An Announcement on Port and Rail Funding to be announced in the coming months.
The only work as far as I am aware done on the Port and Rail Corridor has been close to Port on land clearing for the start point for the Rail.
It is fine doing your research, but make sure you are researching the right thing's.
