A BBY would pump up the price first. They have the collateral to not be desperate enough to dump millions on close in that manner. They wouldn't take the stock unless they could place it with clients. Considering the share price is hovering around issue price, I can't see it being someone like BBY. There has to be a pump sooner or later, maybe some news soon a long with a price hike. That's the time I would expect to see an announcement of shortfall shares being placed.

So who dumped. Plenty of bios doing well atm, could just as be an impatient body looking for the next best thing.
