At least now we know why the share price was so benign this year.
I know its a merger but it seems more like a takeover and the sp has reacted accordingly.
As with all earnings acretive takeovers we will see weakness till the bottom line shows results.
So having read the announcement again i think its worth it for me to stick around but for others there is the opportunity cost of tying up their money.
