My predictions for 2014 are
- (springsure) Mining lease granted at end of q1 and funding/financing for first phase confirmed in q2. Jv to be primarily with Korean power providers. Japanese power provider to also take stake/ off take agreement
- (south galilee) following on from recent approvals for their own galilee mega mines, Clive and Gina push fwd wih infrastructure plans opening up access for bnd. Eis/mining lease approved for bnds tenement late 2014
- (dingo west) based on the article shared by Petergm there is interest in coking coal. Bnd fast tracs approvals, completing by end of 2014

Think the dark horse factor is oil shale. Oil shale could come back to the table (qer have a pilot site in qld, with gov expected to form future oil shale policy based on pilot success). Extra tax revenues that Newman will be taking a close look at.

Think the shorters are going to be flung somewhere back of the galilee basin, if they keep on their capping activities.
