Bilo given that the Dongfang 13-2 field is close the well NEN is drilling perhaps the JV are looking at alternative options on selling the gas. Not sure about the technical feasability but was wondering wheter they can piggy back on 13-2 infrastructure which will be producing in 2016 and sell some gas earlier to the Chinese until the infrastructure is ready to supply Vietnam? If that could be feasable then that could explain why they may not want to p&a. Perhaps someone with o&g experience can comment?
