Interesting thing on being cashed up is that those $$$ still ave to come into the market..... And there are lots of those $$$ sitting......Waiting......... We are just out of the downturn that hit us 08..... This year should see us at over 6000 ........my stab is 6335- 6355 by years end......lest of the year to all
