Good point Vector. It would enhance the value and economics of existing infrastructure plans subject to whatever residual engineering constraints exist in relation to current plans. Also the bigger issue may be subject to cross border relations with China and I would expect Petro Vietnam to be act in the best interest of Vietnam. Personally I would like to see any discoveries directly create value for Vietnam. It seems the right socio-economic outcome to me. Damo
