You are probably correct yin, FOY M'CAP of sub $3m is pretty darn low, Amazon bay iron sands is looking like being a large profitable project in the making. TVI know it, the chinese know it.
I would not be surprised to see that chinese have already accumulated plenty of FOY whilst at low lows. It will be all up from here in my humble unsubstantiated opinion.
