Turps' report of a confidently expected Newsletter 'by the end of the month' perhaps gives hope of relieving the boredom. No doubt it will be positively written.
For me, assuming there is no big deal to be announced, the primary interest will be updates (if any) on the search for a new CEO. To recap, the September newsletter said:
'we seek to appoint an experienced pharmaceutical executive as CEO, and well credentialed Board members to lead the Company into its next phase of its development.'
It's been too long. I can well understand that there will be no Board changes before the new CEO appointment. He/she will not want new Board appointments without consultation & agreement. The issue is why no CEO appointment announcement has been possible. Five/six months search, apparently without result, suggests failure.
It would be very positive if the highlight of the Newsletter were to be the new Chief. If not, it will be interesting indeed to see how the issue is dealt with in the update.
