Compare nuclear to coal is similar to compare airplane to car. Death on road every year is much higher than in air, but airplane accidents are much more catastrophic. Same for nuclear, accidents are more dramatic, but coal burning kill much more. With good safety measures, we embrace airplane pretty well. I believe we can to the same with nuclear.
