I'm not trying to be racist but I'm not convinced that colonisation of 'stolen' land is 100% to blame to where indigenous Australians are today. It's made to sound like the British hampered a flash of genus moment in their culture.
Could you please explain where you think indigenous Australia would be today with the 1788 landing. And if you say exactly as it was before the landing I rest my case.
As to my point about $ being thrown for decades with no improvement.
They over represent as 'disadvantaged' individuals in society. Why is that?
Obviously money isn't improving their prospects...wouldn't you agree.
