As per 24/12 announcement:
"Full and binding agreements will be developed in the coming weeks, ahead of the planned issue of the prospectus on 17 January 2014. The full terms and conditions, when finalised, will be incorporated within the prospectus."
I guess all will be relieved in the prospectus.
