The cynic in me tells me this is 3 brokers looking to exit the game, found a shell and picked a hot sector.
Minimal intrinsic value, got a lightening road to take the hits, minimal script on issue - so lots of opportunity to pay the bills/wages through cap raisings for many years ahead.
