    Hi GCA & Andres,

    Have also spoken to Jill. She confirmed that SDL doesn't regard the 18mth deadline as a "looming black cloud". Funding options are progressing & local govs. are informed. Expect an update in pending Qtrly.

    I agree Andres, SDL chart difficult to read.
