SRV, ever in your life built anything of complexity? Straight line was it?
Speaking from a purely marketing POV, it doesn't come much more complex than RE IMO, particularly after the massive disruption to a nascent industry.
Lynas should be viewed thru two prisms IMO, LT business creation and the resulting value over time, near term investment horizons.
