Does anyone know how long an offer acceptance window normally lasts?
Trying to establish if Cap Juby result will be known by takeover date. I'm guessing 45 days of drilling time based on the TD compared to FD-1. That would mean the results should be known somewhere in late February (assuming they start drilling in the next week). Target date for offer is 4th of February, would need at least 3 weeks for acceptance for results to be known.
I agree it would be ludicrous for JKA holders to know the TAO-1 drill results prior to acceptance, kind of like deciding whether you will buy the lottery ticket after it's been drawn. As a JKA holder, without a positive result somewhere in the area (and Cap Juby is the only possibility) then I can't see the takeover being approved.
