Eagle what is he hiding from you . He's treating this matter as a serious security issue and giving it the respect it deserves.
You actually have no right at all to know any of this . There's a General in charge of the operation and he updates the press as he sees fit . That's their job and their responsibility.It's what he was elected to do . What is anybody going to do about it if they give a running commentary on operational matters ,they're screaming loud enough now ,why would you give any more ammunition

It's clear from what you've posted tonight that you're some armchair expert who has absolutely no understanding of how the Westminster system operates .Did you want a running commentary when Gillard and Rudd were negotiating with every man and their dog to fix this mess ??? This is a security matter ,just because the last lot were dills who didn't know how to do hard things don't think that that's the way a Government should conduct itself .Good Governments are very discreet about these types of issues ,it's the only way to get results
