Eagle why do you think you have the right to know what policies are disclosed or not.Being an ex service person, and have seen action overseas, and knowing why some things are not disclosed and some are. Just because you are a citizen of this country (Well i assume you are), does not give you the right to every bit of information, government make,do you get every bit of information and policies from other departments, or police, federal banking system, education,NO, somethings are confidential and should stay that way.Do you think there should be an open book on every department and affect the way negotiations are carried out, if you think that, well mate im afraid you are definitely in a "Strange situation"
