Why is everyone so convinced that the placement will be executed at a discount? Who's to say it won't be done at 12, 13 or even 15c?
If PSY was approached by a US based fund manager, where MEMS technology is arguably more highly understood and valued - as per several Nasdaq listed companies - a distinct possibility exists that the placement could well be done at a premium.
