Look at it this way, Lanthanum is about 24-25% of mt weld composition. Neo/Praseo is about the same again.

I think from the pricing strength and the versatility of use nad importance of Praseo/Neo, that on these two, any producer has price maker "power".

If Lynas can be a price maker on Lanthanum but putting a floor on the pricing, then they are a price maker on 50% of their output.

Now that aint bad. It makes the concept of a basket price redundant.
