Alan there is a logic to that, but what appears to be a closed book atm is details on boats that are stopped, dont get through. You would think they would want to publicise that(if true) as a deterrent. On boats that arrive I think Morrison would have to disclose arrivals anyway. The media would otherwise nail him.
