I have made calls to speak to SBR and told i could speak to Jim??? what the heck??? he is a freaking shareholder?? i bluntly said NO!!!
how insane, no company secretary, no directors, no one represented sbr, and the people answering the phones were vetting SBR calls to a major shareholder?? i practically fell off my chair..
I wanted to talk to SBR.. but at KMM they cannot differentiate the entities?? they had on last enquiry taken over SBR and were running enquiries directly to a major shareholder..
anyway, it means anyone wanting to talk to SBR is being directed to a major shareholder not SBR management??
my view on that is that any enquiry that may not be favourable to the major shareholder of sbr may not ultimately get a fair and impartial treatment, and I couldnt even talk to SBR people at all..???
So after that call i figured its basically one huge mess out there.. with SBR shareholders interests really not being represented and basically all that was offered was a major shareholder answering the phones??
so with that i figured my investment was sunk.. i have done my own research on jim so i really had no interest in that shareholder, nor do i particularly want to talk to him.... but Sabre Ltd was not being run by anyone last time i checked....
