apologies team, page-82

I was looking forward to paying off my mortgage next week... Hmmm, woke up this morning all excited about the imminent good news. Obviously the day took a different path.
The NEN dream was one that offered great chances of success on a number of fronts. Too many times I had sat on the sidelines after all the advice said "go for it", and watched with disappointment as those with the guts to throw everything at it reaped the rewards. Welcome to the flip side.
I lost a lot today, financially, I guess we all did. We knew we were overweight, but the chance of success was too great to be in this any other way.
What did I learn today? That I can't answer just yet. If the next big play had the same management, the same big JV backing, and the same CoS, I couldn't help but to jump in overweight again.
