re: rio rent refunded no romours on refund. it's there in black and white if your prepared to do the research.

1. open CAZ's announcement 07/09/2005 (1st shovelanna ann)
2. note in that ann RIOs shovelanna tenement is no. is E46/209.
3. go to: www.doir.wa.gov.au
4. click link "Minerals and Petroleum"
5. click link "Mineral Exploration"
6. click link "Mineral Titles Online"
7. Need to register (free)
8. When registered goto "Access System"
9. click "View mining tenement register details "
10. Enter E46/209 in field "Please enter tenement id:" then click search. RIOs tenement now appears.
11. Notice STATUS=DEAD. Check the RENT tab. details:

The refund date used to be 28/07/2005 last time I checked. Now says 14/10/2005.
