You miss my point Nicky, if you fuel a young moron with these substances, they are more likely to hit people.There is no excuse for these actions, we just need to reign in the epidemic of steroid use. You can sit there and say , well, you hit a guy and he died....so you get life in prison'.....and I agree with you he should, no excuse. But I prefer not to get hit and killed in the first place by the moron, and if we can mitigate via stricter control of an already controlled substance, then only positives come to society
