Drugs and alcohol are no excuse, there is no excuse.
If a dog has rabies, sad but we must put him down as it is a threat to other healthy animals.
If a dog attacks a human, especially a child, it's put down.
I see no difference in these human dogs.
Put them down for the safety of others.
There is no room in our society for these thugs.
