He won't get life nor will he go for murder. He'll agree to Manslaugher, will get a 25% discount on a maximum 20 years (i think it is for manslaughter). Then the judge will take into consideration he was on steroids and we are bound to hear a few hard luck stories, so he will be lucky to get 8 years which is above the average for a manslaughter charge (4 years min sentence is around the average)
So, my guess is between 6 and 10 years minimum sentence.
