Port, I do not think the unsold shares are going to affect HAZ that much. They have got most of the 7 million they tried to raise. If the rest of the shares are not sold, it is better for current share holders. It means less dilution to SP. The 3rd campaign is showing strong support for needed funds, so unsold shares from SPP is neither here nor there.
