Avon....punching someone on an aggressive tosser whim and the recipient dying from damage after hitting the ground is not intentional murder.

was talking about this case last knight with brother in law who does martial arts.

He was telling me years ago he was drunk and had a go at punching his punching bag at home and was hopeless.

Drunks are not steady on their feet and have no coordination to be a successfully fighter.


IMHO this case was premeditated to show off his skills , hence MURDER.

When youths get to this stage of violence,plus with previous record, when is enough, enough?

Why should innocent people pay to give these scum a second ,third and more chances.

The cost is too dear on human life.

We can stop this criminal from killing again.

Jail for life, with no parole or terminate.

Innocent people should have more rights to be protected then these scum to live.

To save a criminal is not as important as a feel good moment than saving several innocent lives.

These crims appear to re offend in most cases.

Time to harden up.
