I certainly feel that the company are being far too cute with their lack of an update as to the HD trial data lock situation, why would they not give an update if they were not trying to deliberately allow themselves enough wriggle room to continually delay the announcement of the trial results. Giving a date of "early 2014" may have been acceptable in Sept 2013 but not in Jan 2014 approach 4 months after the original glitch was announced, the company must/should have a much better idea as to the status of this trial and should update the market as to the current situation. The longer this goes on the worse it smells.
I'm still a true believer but I think management need a kick up the bum.
