Very simple question...why was this guy not jailed on the previous 4 occasionss he offended. Would have saved at least one life for sure. Is our law so opaque and open to interpretation to allow wrist-slapping? What legal instrument is used by magistratrs/judges to dispense judicial mercy? Can we clean this up with tougher legislation?
PS- Don't think this has anything to do with porn, etc. I think this guy belongs to the clique of people who adore physical violence and UFC where guys pummel each other to smithereens. If anything we should be questioning the mainstreaming of violent sports for this murder.
