    Sure I got comments.

Check out the rules on whom actually reports short figures, only certain registered institutions which do not account for all the short players out there.

There are other institutions (overseas) that may be short without reporting it to ASIC, all they have to do is find someone whom will enter into an arrangement to lend them the shares and bang they are in business.

Or better still write a CFD instead of shorting traditional, when the cfd is written the underlying shares are transacted in the marketplace (they must be bought or sold by the institution to transact the CFD).

The short figures are over a week out of the money so whatever is happening short wise RIGHT NOW is unknown.

Also the figures from ASX do not neatly transition into the ASIC tables because of the fact that there are very complex formulas they use to report their short positions.

So really whom is short and by how much is a guess at best.

    It IS all BS.

At the end of the day we either see supply or we don't, thats the reality of the game.

If its shorts, selling or whatever if its supply overcoming buying then the price goes down.

    Thats where we are at.

We need to see money flowing into the company, people investing in the company and then the SP will rise as we have buyers willing to value the company higher than the sellers.

Ask yourself right now - is this share a bargain at these prices??

Well what about at 40c?? Would you be willing to pay 40c for it?? Why not??

Until that question is YES the market IS willing to pay 40c for it then it will move nowhere.

    Period. Fullstop.

So despite all the BS talk about production, basket prices, COP, Sales etc UNTIL the market sees all of that add up to more this will move nowhere.

AND the churn is simply retail / small investors saying "I'll sell for 31.5c now and try and buy it back for a few pips cheaper, aren't I smart??"

And it goes up, then down. Some win a little, some lose a little...

When some actual cash comes into the market for LYC then we will know because the valuation will be higher and then the supply will be absorbed by those that want to buy it, and the pip traders will not be able to count on selling and buying a half a cent lower.

They will get taken out of the market and thank GOD for THAT...
