Just running the numbers, I think there might be a small spike in cost to income this half, mainly due to the performance fee differential. Expect this to resume a general downward trend over time as FUM levels continue their inexorable rise.
With 50b theoretical cap I'm wondering at what point they may introduce a new offering in the international space. 50b too unwieldy and less likely to deliver performance fees over time for mine.
They could well be in sight of 30b by the end of the year, particularly if AUD normalizes a few more bps.
