Update from the company just released!!
5 hour hearing for one intervener that was only allotted 30 min... I guess from the AER letters, the AER also had some questions (refer to their letter to CPL on the AER website)..
To me it seems the AER is the main intervener- perhaps they are being cumbersome just to show they are vigorously reviewing all applications as a result of the recent enviro incidents in the region by others.
If it drags on then to the full 90 days then someone needs to investigate AER and see why they are purposely holding the application up!!! as now it seems they are running to someone else's agenda.
