If Citicorp and National Nominees had accumulated they would hold the majority of CDU shares.

The Senate Inquiry into ASIC will hopefully throw the true light on the situation.

CuDeco Management apparently have no need to spend millions of dollars on a DFS. Cash has been raised at a Premium to the share price. In additikon, the company has a loan on call if such is required to be drawn on to get to mining at Rocklands.
