Sued for what? These are my opinions only as I always state. Nothing wrong with expecting results form highly paid executives and asking for answers on a poorly performing sp. If I was in any breach of HC rules I would of been reprimanded by now. The worrying thing insaf is that we all waited and cheered when the rig turned up for phase 2, this will be the start, we cheered with every drill update expecting the sp to act accordingly, we expected the sp to hold up with WL, we waited for the sp to move on completion of Phase 2 and pumping. The sp just keeps going lower. What are we waiting for now? IMO of course.
