Not sure of what your point is here DS. Are you trying to imply that maybe rapes are lower in Dubai and, therefore, are a defense as to Muslims being unfairly treated/labelled in stats on rape in Western countries.
I'm not sure Disco Stu, but isn't Dubai one of those countries where you need 3 men present during a rape and if you are female and report a rape, you get imprisoned for adultery.

What a wonderful culture where the government "pardons" you for being raped. Oh, and the rapist got pardoned as well.
