The following was for Gurrob scenario - "So the Saputo offer closes before the MG bid even goes to the tribunal, so you are saying MG will just give up on their bid in the next week."

I have always said this will end up with a totally split company with 3 or 4 major shareholders all with different wants, wishes and aims. Not good for the company or anyone who remains a small shareholder.

As to if MG will get the prize I think depends on whether Saputo,BGA and Fronterra want to all hold part of that company or take the cash and run. This is where MG sit pretty as the last man standing.
