With Grant Samuel valuing GNC at $12.74 to $13.97 in the event of a takeover the risk return on GNC favours being long.
I would not be discounting ADM coming back with Plan B takeover once the political dust has settled.
I would also not discount the possibility of CBH coming in after ADM's failure to create a national grain logistics and marketing company.
Many options can play out here all with significant upside from current share price for the patient.
