I thought the announcement would have stirred some interest.
I wouldn't be surprised if we see some Navigator investors crank this up. I guess their holding off because the 1 to 15 share offer is only a likely at this stage.
If Navigator is worth or becomes worth 15c then the spin off will give GVM s/holders a piece of Nav which is 33% of their current GVM holdings. Sounds too good to be true....and it is
Really it's just the company passing on it's holding in Nav to it's shareholders. As a shareholder in GVM you already own NAV.
If NAV looks like it could become oversubscribed then watch GVM soar. Otherwise everthing should tick over as before.
